3-Admission policy

Places will be offered following a selection process that includes the successful performance in the assessment tests and reference to reports from previous school(s). In case there is no available place in a particular branch, applicant’s name will be put in a waiting list. Students who satisfy the entry criteria will be accepted, or placed on the waiting list on a first come first serviced basis. Preference will be given to students who have siblings at the school.

4-School Admission

Please provide the following relevant documentations

1. Computerized birth certificate.
2.  12 personal photos.
3.  A copy of parent’s ID.
4.  A copy of parent’s qualifications.
5.  A report of the last academic year from the zone .
6.  A transfer for foreigners.
7.  A transfer for Egyptians returning from abroad.
8. A transfer from the previous school and stamped with acceptance from the zone.
9. The grades of the English A- Level from the previous school stamped from the zone .
10. Concerning the Prep. and Sec. Stages provide the certificates of grade 6 and 3^rd Preparatory.
11-A photo copy of the students’ passport
12-A visual and hearing medical certificate
Part II: Additional documents required for those transferring within Egypt:
In case your child is transferring from a school within Egypt, you are required to present all the above mentioned documents in addition to the following:
13-A certificate testifying to the promotion of your child from one year to another, issued by the Ministry of Education, Educational Department (6th of October educational administration)
14-School Transfer Paper stamped from your child’s previous school and the
Ministry of Education, Educational Department.

Part III: Additional documents required for those transferring from abroad:
In case your child is transferring from a school outside of Egypt, you are required to present all the documents mentioned in Part I in addition to the following:
15- Attendance Statement from the previous school
16- Previous years’ school reports

17-Reports must be stamped by the Ministry of Education in the country you are transferring from and then from the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
18-A demission Letter from the Egyptian Ministry of Education
NOTE
If papers are not submitted before Sept. 30th, the school will not be held accountable for any penalties.

5- School Regulations

The school rules and regulations are designed to state clearly the boundaries of acceptable conduct in school and in society. Enforcement of school rules and regulations are done with the intention of teaching the students to uphold certain standards of behavior.
