“Grow, Build, Achieve”

Our ethos and values begin with our motto: Grow, Build, Achieve, and are driven by the belief that tomorrow’s world truly is in today’s classroom.

We create a family atmosphere in our school to help pupils develop their own personality in a secure and caring environment. We also recognise each child as an individual and take an inspiring, independent and creative approach to teaching so that a love of learning is instilled in each pupil.

We also commit ourselves to four core values:

Our Values

Gulf British Academy values Trust - one of GBA's four core values

We build trust through our teacher-pupil relationships to create a safe and caring learning environment.

Gulf British Academy values Respect - one of GBA's four core values

We cherish one another and promote positive and respectful behaviour so that everyone feels valued.

Gulf British Academy values Empathy - one of GBA's four core values

We encourage seeing with others’ eyes, hearing with others’ ears, and feeling with others’ hearts.

Gulf British Academy values Passion - one of GBA's four core values

We deliver varied and inspiring lessons so our pupils become passionate about their subjects.

By promoting our ethos and values throughout the school in conjunction with our vision and mission statements, we focus on the development of your child’s academic, physical and emotional needs, not only to equip them with the skills to become independent life-long learners, but also to enable them to act with thoughtfulness and humanity in our society.
